Biography

Sol Mahalli is an associate and member of Tannenbaum Helpern's Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. She concentrates her practice in commercial and securities litigation matters, in which she represents clients in all stages of litigation and arbitration, including drafting pleadings, conducting pre-trial discovery, motion practice, and appeals.

Prior to joining the firm, Sol was a Senior Assistant Corporation Counsel for the New York City Law Department. She has conducted and defended over 175 depositions and has an established track record of bringing cases to successful conclusion – whether through motion practice or settlement negotiations.
