Biography
Rosa Guerrero is an associate in Tannenbaum Helpern’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. She advises on array of complex commercial matters in state and federal court, including business disputes, breach of contract claims, white collar criminal defense and securities litigation.
Prior to joining Tannenbaum Helpern, Rosa was an associate at a New York City litigation firm and an Appellate Court Attorney at the New York State Supreme Court Appellate Division, Third Judicial Department where she worked on civil, criminal and family law appeals.
Rosa graduated from Stony Brook University and earned her J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law graduating cum laude. While in law school, she was editor of the Buffalo Law Review, a treasurer for the Latin American Law Student Association, and a Legal Writing Fellow. Rosa was a 2018 recipient of the Robert J. Connelly Trial Technique Award.
